About the role
Serve as the overnight Manager on Duty and primary point of contact for guests. Complete nightly audit and reporting procedures accurately and on time. Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and special requests. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care. Assist with luggage and other guest service needs as needed. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth overnight operations. Deliver the warm, authentic hospitality that Hyatt is known for.

Qualifications
- Previous hotel front office or hospitality experience required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts from 11:00pm - 7:30am, including weekends and holidays.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
