About the role

As Overnight Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring guests receive attentive, personalized service while maintaining operational efficiency across the property. You will act as a key point of contact for guests and associates, proactively resolving concerns, coordinating arrivals and departures, supporting departmental operations during peak demand periods, and ensuring all overnight audit and front office procedures are completed accurately.

How you'll make the place

  • Lead and oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all operational departments.
  • Champion exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring all guest interactions reflect the highest service standards.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, including personalized greetings, baggage handling, and special guest requests.
  • Perform night audit functions and related accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and financial controls.
  • Monitor front office cashiering activities, billing procedures, room inventory, and account settlements to maintain operational accuracy.
  • Respond to emergencies and operational challenges with sound judgment, ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of guests and associates.
  • Maintain effective communication with hotel departments to ensure seamless information flow and service continuity throughout the overnight shift.
  • Support operational teams during high-demand periods, reallocating resources and assisting departments as needed to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

  • You have experience in front office operations, ideally within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
  • You are highly guest-focused and excel at building positive relationships while delivering personalized service.
  • You remain calm under pressure and can effectively resolve problems using sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • You are comfortable using hotel property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • You can prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently when required, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • You maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling guest information and hotel data.
  • You are adaptable, organized, and committed to maintaining exceptional service and operational standards during overnight operations.
