Front Office Supervisor ($21/hr) - The Watermark Hotel
About the role
The Watermark Hotel seeks a dynamic and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and collaborate with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Perform cash handling duties and reconcile daily reports
- Train and supervise front desk staff
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality management or related field
- Proven ability to handle high-volume call volumes and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for property visits)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hotel Management Certification preferred
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Experience with property management software

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
