About the role

The Front Office Supervisor oversees the operation of the Front Desk, Front Services, Group Reservations, and the Communications Center, ensuring flawless execution of guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assist in the completion of all opening and closing Front Office tasks.
  • Resolve guest opportunities expediently and in a professional manner.
  • Direct the work of all Front Office employees, delegating in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Aid in the training, development, and motivation of all Front Office employees.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery/tracking of all guest messages or packages.
  • Maintain oversight of the Communication Center call volume and provide additional coverage when required.
  • Oversee the guest badging process to ensure badges are created on time and accurately.

Requirements

  • Experience in the hospitality industry required.
  • Hotel Front Office experience desirable.
  • Experience as a departmental trainer or supervisor preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Microsoft Teams and OneNote experience desirable.
  • Texas Driver’s License with good driving record required.
  • Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes.
