Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff and clients.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and inviting.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
