Front Office Production Support Senior Analyst Vice President
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be aligned to supporting platform and tools that the front office business & traders needs to facilitate its franchise within Citi, providing exposure to the entire breadth of the Rates Technology. We are the first line of technical defense as we work closely with partners in our business including Trading, Sales, Operations & Risk and Controls to operate stable platforms to enable us to the be the best for our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for production management of our suite of core Rates (G10 and Local Markets) applications, working through problems, and dealing with user issues. The candidate will also be responsible for driving engineering initiatives, improving process workflows, and eliminating toil through automation by building/implementing solutions.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years' experience
- Communicating directly with US Govies, IRD, Repo traders.
- Understanding of Bonds, Swaps, Repo, trading, risk and pricing.
- Python, Grafana, Linux, SQL, KDB knowledge.
- Good understanding of incident management with ServiceNow, JIRA.
- Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
- Service oriented attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
- Proficient using basic technical tools and systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
