About the role
Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is excited to welcome a friendly and reliable Night Audit to join our Front Office team. In this highly visible role, you will be the face of our guest experience, providing a warm and welcoming first impression and ensuring a lasting positive impact. As part of our Front Office team, you will handle guest registration, communicate hotel services and promotions, and perform various front desk duties during the overnight shift.
As a Night Audit, you will balance the hotel’s daily revenue and expense transactions, ensure the accuracy of guest accounts, and provide exceptional service to guests. You will also check guests in and out, answer phones, and handle guest requests and concerns.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of overnights, holidays, and weekends.
Pay
This is an hourly position with a base compensation of $27/hour plus a night differential pay of $1.25/hour, totaling $28.25/hour when scheduled for an overnight shift. Additional compensation is available based on upsells, World of Hyatt enrollments, and other incentives.
