About the role

The Driskill Night Auditor is a key position at this legendary Austin hotel, responsible for guest registration, communication of services, and resolving guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Auditing all charges and postings and correcting work as necessary
• Reconciling daily activity and closing all accounts in preparation for the new business day
• Processing, formatting, and distributing daily reports for multiple divisions
• Processing all payments according to hotel requirements
• Interacting with colleagues in a professional manner and assisting other departments throughout the hotel
• Resolving all guest concerns and compliments in a professional, timely and courteous manner

Requirements

• Prior overnight work experience preferred
• Prior hotel night audit or front desk experience an asset
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills required, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Must be able to multi-task and possess problem-solving skills
