What You'll Own

• Lead, coach, and inspire the front desk and guest services team across shifts
• Craft arrival and departure experiences that feel personal, never transactional
• Turn guest hiccups into wins with creativity, calm, and quick thinking
• Manage daily front office flow — arrivals, reservations, room inventory, and billing accuracy
• Partner with housekeeping, F&B, and events to keep the guest journey seamless
• Be Asheville's unofficial concierge — connect guests to the food, art, and moments that make the city sing

Qualifications

• A people-first personality - warm, unflappable, and genuinely curious about guests
• 2+ years in front desk or guest services, with some management, leadership or shift-lead experience
• Comfortable with hotel systems (or a fast learner who's ready to be)
• Flexible with schedules - hotels never sleep, and neither does great hospitality
• Bonus points for a love of Asheville's arts, food, and community scene
