About the role
The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Front Desk and Night Audit teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring operational efficiency and financial success. This role is a hands-on leader who develops team members, drives service excellence, and maintains the highest standards of hospitality. The right person will be team-oriented, reliable, and customer service-focused.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manages the Front Desk and Night Audit teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Oversees the processing of guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Collaborates with other departments to resolve issues and improve guest experiences
- Monitors financial performance and makes recommendations to improve profitability
- Maintains a positive and professional work environment
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel management or related field
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hotel Management certification preferred
