About the Role
Santé Group Companies is a leader in community-based behavioral and mental health services, delivering diverse and highly individualized care. As a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as a welcoming presence for members and assist with daily operations. You will encourage member participation in groups, engage with members through socialization, and facilitate peer-to-peer support discussions. This role supports both in-person and telephone interactions, assists with linkages to services, and ensures smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare clients and doctors for weekly medication clinics by organizing medication and reviewing documentation forms for treating psychiatrists.
- Enter initial prescriptions for new consumers/patients and scan medication review sheets into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Complete client profiles, set up sponsor/insurance files, and establish service authorization files using information from Clinical or PRP Staff.
- Fulfill outside requests for medical records in compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies.
- Verify client Medicaid eligibility via EVS and complete daily insurance verifications for existing consumers/patients.
- Collect and deposit client co-pays weekly.
- Operate the NEC multi-line telephone system, retrieve voicemail messages, transfer calls, and provide callers with accurate information about the organization.
- Maintain and publish the telephone directory.
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, announce visitors to appropriate personnel, and issue passes when required.
- Coordinate and schedule/reschedule client medication appointments.
- Resolve office problems independently and confer with supervisors when necessary.
- Prepare 60- and 90-day consumer activity reports for case management guidance and restructuring.
- Prepare pre-discharge/discharge letters for inactive consumers/patients.
- Order office supplies and manage petty cash for multiple departments.
- Attend and facilitate weekly clinical staff meetings.
- Collect and deposit PRP Residential Rental payments.
- Complete weekly doctors’ acknowledgement sheets for consumers and residential programs.
- Assist with processing therapist privileging forms.
- Perform filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing duties.
- Participate in and complete all required trainings.
- Check work email according to agency protocol.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one (1) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Access to a vehicle for business purposes, including transporting consumers.
- Valid Driver’s License, proof of current automobile insurance, and no more than two (2) points on driving record.

Pay
Hourly Rate: $17.00–$19.00
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
