Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
  • Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with office software such as MS Office and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with all visitors and staff.

Job Location

Note: On-campus work in Phoenix, AZ.
