Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office software such as MS Office and scheduling tools.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with all visitors and staff.
