Front Office Agent

About the role

Welcome to Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown, a member of the Pyramid Family. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable first impression for guests through engaging interactions
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, including check-in, registration, and addressing special requests
• Resolve issues and “WOW” guests during unexpected situations
• Promote and sell hotel programs to enhance guest satisfaction
• Interact professionally with hotel/resort staff to assist other departments
• Maintain house bank and communicate important information to the manager on duty
• Follow established procedures for posting, charging, cashing checks, managing safe deposits, and handling refunds
• Absolutely required to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A strong desire to make an impact on others
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
