The role involves overseeing the food and beverage operations at a high-end resort, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to all health and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including menu preparation and service.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall resort operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Experience with health and safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid food handler’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of POS systems.

Pay
