This role requires a sophisticated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for detail. You will split your time between driving operational excellence—managing budgets, supply ordering, quality control, and regulatory compliance—and leading from the front. You will be expected to maintain a powerful floor presence, mentoring and training our service team to deliver an exceptional, curated guest experience.

Requirements
- 3+ years of previous restaurant management experience
- Valid California Food Handler Card/ Serv Safe Manager Certified/RBS Certified
- Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
- Able to coach teams in the moment to achieve positive results and foster a positive culture with the highest level of service
