Front Of House Restaurant Leader-Newburgh

About the role

A Team Leader at Chick-fil-A Newburgh is responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. They lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Lead shifts, open and/or close, act as key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Show excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Day in the life: 40-50 hours/week during initial phase, 32-35 hours/week on shift, 3-6 hours/week off shift

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is required

Pay

$18.00 - 22.00 per hour

Monday- Saturday availability | 40-50 hours/week | Sunday and one additional day off each week
