FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Front of House Lead Supervisor position available at WME Restaurant located at 9601 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.
Responsibilities
- Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Maintains marketing, ensuring that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years FOH restaurant experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Skills
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay
$28.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour.
Schedule
Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 5:00 pm.
