FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Flik Hospitality Group is seeking immediate hires for full-time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR positions. The location is at Fidelity - 245 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. An internal employee referral bonus is available.
Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Maintains marketing by confirming current and appropriate signage.
- Upholds policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Schedule
Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Pay
Fixed Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour. Free meals, uniforms and laundering service available at select locations.
