FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
Job Summary
Maintains high quality products and service in the food service operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Marksets operations, ensuring current and appropriate signage.
- Upholds policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Pay Range
$27.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour.
Schedule
Full time; Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. More details upon interview.
Requirements
- Two years of barista and supervisory experience is required.
