FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Chartwells K12 is hiring a full-time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR at Springfield Public Schools - 1550 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01103. Online applications are accepted only. The position offers a full-time schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with holidays off and no nights or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Maintains marketing by confirming current and appropriate signage.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior customer service, food safety, and culinary experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Pay
