Front of House Associate | Co-Dough - Newport, RICo-Dough is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable full-time and part-time Front of House Associates to join our growing team in Newport.Our Front of House Associates are the face of Co-Dough. You’ll greet customers, take orders, serve and package our sourdough cinnamon buns, keep the front stocked and organized, and help create a fast, welcoming experience for every customer.We’re a busy, high-volume bakery, so we’re looking for people who enjoy staying active, work well with a team, and take initiative.What You’ll DoGreet customers and provide friendly, efficient serviceTake orders and operate the registerServe and package cinnamon buns and other menu itemsKeep service moving during busy periodsRestock packaging, beverages, merchandise, and suppliesKeep the front of house clean and organizedAnswer customer questions about our productsJump in wherever needed to support the teamWhat We’re Looking ForFriendly and comfortable interacting with customersReliable and punctualAble to work quickly and multitaskStrong work ethic and attention to detailPositive and team-orientedWeekend availabilityCustomer service, restaurant, café, or retail experience is a plus, but not requiredPay: $16/hour + pooled tips. With tips, team members typically earn approximately $20-$27/hour.Schedule: Morning and daytime shifts, including weekends.No bakery experience is necessary. We’re happy to train the right person- reliability, attitude, and work ethic matter most.
