About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has been leading the world into the cloud computing era since its inception in 2006. This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of key technology and consulting partners. Together, they provide customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for complex challenges.

The AWS Partnerships team is responsible for supporting Partner Sales, the AWS Partner Network (APN), and other elements driving the AWS partner ecosystem. We serve partners who work with us to sell AWS, customers who use AWS, and internal users responsible for driving AWS sales and adoption via partners. The team focuses on building external partner-facing public APIs and AWS console applications for co-selling with partners, which drives multi-billion dollar revenue for AWS. The team also builds AI/ML applications to provide recommendations and insights to partners, accelerating deal closure.
