Position Summary
TourToTeach, driving financial performance and sales, supervising associates, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll do...
- Teaches and develops teams by providing training and feedback
- Collaborates with all levels of associates for store operations
- Manages and supports customer service initiatives
- Reviews and evaluates financial performance and sales
- Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, sets expectations, provides recognition, and develops associates
- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supports the Walmart mission, values, and ethical standards
- Strives for excellence and drives continuous improvements
- Delivers results while prioritizing customer needs

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- Supervises 5 or more direct reports with responsibilities in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
