Position Summary
TourtoTeach, leading and developing teams effectively through training and active listening. Collaborates with all levels of associates for store operations, merchandising, and company direction. Implements business solutions and communicates business objectives.

- Teaches and develops teams by providing training and feedback.
- Collaborates with associates on store operations, merchandising, and company direction.
- Introduces and leads company change efforts, setting clear expectations and guidance.
- Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, following the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Manages and supports customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs.
- Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved, developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience.
- Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating PL Profit Loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Maintains effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
- Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
- Supervises and develops hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on executing business processes and practices.
- Respects individuals by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.
- Acts with integrity by maintaining and promoting the highest standards of ethics and compliance, modeling Walmart values, and holding oneself and others accountable.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college;
- OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience;
- OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervising Associates - 20+

Pay Range
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges), State Pay Differential.
