Position Summary

What you'll do...
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates, teaching and actively listening to improve store operations.
- Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding merchandising, company direction, and change efforts.
- Lead and mentor associates, setting clear expectations and guiding them to implement business solutions.
- Communicate business objectives to teams and resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes.
- Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrinkage and achieve sales and profit goals.
- Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring them.
- Support key stakeholders, coordinate job-related activities, and identify and address improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior.
- Act with integrity, build high-performing teams, and create a workplace where associates feel supported and connected.
- Strive for excellence, drive continuous improvements, and encourage learning from mistakes.
- Respect individuals, work collaboratively, and attract and retain top talent.
- Serve customers and members, make data-driven decisions, and balance short and long-term priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
Pay & Benefits
- The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.
- State Pay Differential applies to certain positions.
