About the role
Broward House, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet visitors professionally and provide program and community information
- De-escalate and triage visitor needs
- Link visitors with appropriate program staff
- Provide administrative support to management
- Manage a multiline phone system and attend to walk-in visitors
- Handle confidential information appropriately
- Maintain a professional and engaging demeanor with diverse populations
- Provide information in a strength-based and trauma-informed manner
Responsibilities
- Follow written and verbal instructions and meet established deadlines
- Use moderate computer skills including Microsoft Office, multiple databases, scheduling programs
- Operate basic office equipment
- Have at least 2 years of work experience as a front desk/customer service
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED
Requirements
- Pass a Level 2 Background and Pre-employment Drug Screening

- Physical effort may be required to push, move, and lift light objects less than 20 lbs.
