Responsibilities
- Welcome members and answer their questions
- Handle check-ins and reservations efficiently
- Avoid errors and provide a positive member experience
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Organized and able to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in a hospitality setting is a plus
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant work experience
