This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the front desk operations.Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling guest reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
- Managing room status and availability.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Responding to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Performing basic housekeeping tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
