Responsible for providing front desk support, managing guest check-in/check-out processes, and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
- Manage room reservations and availability
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of public areas
- Support team members with administrative tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Skills
- Proficient in using hotel management software
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities
