Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and guest service.
- Monitor occupancy rates and forecasts.
- Work closely with other operational managers and supervisors to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Aid and guide the front office staff through their daily duties and responsibilities.
- Train new employees as designated and outlined in the Front Office Training Guide.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Perform the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk and Guest Services.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Previous knowledge of hospitality and hotel operational functions.
- Front desk experience required.
- Ability to problem-solve under stressful situations.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand during the entire shift.
- Long hours are sometimes required.
