Position Summary
Aid staff with expedited problem payments and follow up on guest-related issues. Handle guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys. Process various payment methods and set up accounts. Address unsold situations and secure alternative accommodations. Manage room blockings and communicate with departments as needed. Track room readiness and document information in logs. Count and balance bank transactions. Assist in hiring, training, and managing staff. Report incidents and maintain safety protocols. Adhere to company policies and promote a positive work environment. Stand, sit, or walk for long periods. Lift light objects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
Licenses or Certifications: None required.
