About the role
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing guest relations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service
- Manage room reservations and availability
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the front desk area
- Train and supervise front desk staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities

Pay
