Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations and support front office staff.
- Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Train, guide, and motivate front desk team members.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and guest records.
- Cook up with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Aid in preparing schedules and managing shift coverage.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Handle billing, payments, and cash handling procedures when required.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front office or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage team performance.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
