About the role
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations at Sand Valley – Residences, Facilities, & Lodging. This position ensures smooth check-in and check-out processes, manages guest relations, and maintains a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage guest relations and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest needs promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or related field.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
