Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure excellent guest service and compliance with hotel standards
- Train, schedule, and support front desk staff; monitor performance and assist with onboarding
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Review room inventory, guest accounts, and reports for accuracy
- Maintain lobby, front desk, and public areas for cleanliness and presentation
- Manage supplies, key control, and ensure secure cash-handling procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager and assist with projects as assigned
Requirements
- Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by guests
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Stable work history required
