Position
The Front Desk Sales Associate assists the General Manager with new membership sales as well the retention of current members. MindBody/ClubReady knowledge is a must. They provide superior customer service while assisting new and current members, answering phones and addressing membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases. They are excited about meeting and greeting our customers and building a strong StretchLab community. The Front Desk Sales Associate also assists with studio cleanliness.

Job Requirements
- MindBody/ClubReady 6mths+ knowledge is a must
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
Responsibilities
- Properly document client accounts regarding calls made/taken/or requested
- Calling to confirm next day appointments
- Making 25(or more) calls per shift regarding new leads; booking first time visits thru calls made
- Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale
- Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager
- Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales
- Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a Sales Associate
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
- Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
- Other duties as assigned by GM
Physical Requirements
- Sit or stand for up to four hours at a time
- Reach with hands and arms
- Bend, lift, kneel
- Drive a car
- Climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations
- Lift up to 30 pounds
- Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus
- Effectively hear in person and via telephone
