This is a full-time position for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable traveling between offices as needed to support patient care and front office operations.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Aid patients with forms, paperwork, and account questions
• Verify and update patient information
• Collect payments and assist with financial coordination
• Support insurance claim processing and documentation
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
• Become cross-trained in orthodontic procedures and technology
• Support teammates across multiple locations

Important Position Requirements

• This is a full-time position
• Travel between offices is required
• Reliable transportation is required
• Flexibility to work in our Franklin, Wauwatosa, Waukesha, Muskego, and 27th street locations is essential
