About the role
Coradi Contracting is a growing bathroom and kitchen remodeling company in Virginia Beach. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Lead Management Coordinator to join our team and help create a professional, organized, and welcoming experience for our clients from the very first phone call.Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and organize incoming sales leads
- Pre-screen potential clients and enter lead information into BuilderTrend
- Follow up with leads to collect missing information, including project photos
- Assign completed leads to the appropriate salesperson
- Help rehash older leads and revive past opportunities
- Monitor office supplies and help keep the office organized
- Aid in sales/job folder preparation
- Send client review requests after completed jobs
- Complete Schluter warranty registrations for completed jobs
- Help with company events, announcements, birthday cards, and special projects
- Monitor security cameras and help maintain awareness of deliveries, visitors, and front-office activity
- Manage incoming deliveries and ensure packages are received, noticed, and directed to the appropriate person
- Aid with basic marketing or administrative projects when needed

- An organized and detail-oriented approach

- The ability to use computers and learn new software
- The ability to follow up consistently and keep accurate notes
- The comfort to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience with BuilderTrend, CRM systems, or construction/remodeling is a plus, but not required
- Administrative, receptionist, customer service, or sales support experience preferred
