Position Overview
Reclaim Hyperbarics & Wellness is looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is proactive, takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced wellness environment. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to make others feel welcomed and valued, and a genuine passion for wellness. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and confident communicating with clients about our services, memberships, and wellness products while supporting the daily operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a friendly, professional, and upbeat positive attitude.
- Schedule and manage client appointments using our scheduling software.
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Educate clients about our wellness services, memberships, and retail products.
- Recommend and sell services, memberships, and products based on client needs.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Aid in preparing clients for select wellness modalities according to clinic procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and clinic environment.
- Aid in opening and closing duties and other daily operational tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Take initiative to identify and complete tasks without constant direction.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Comfortable discussing and recommending wellness services and memberships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Able to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience using scheduling or CRM software is preferred.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn new software and clinic procedures.
