What You'll Do Welcome guests, answer phones, and book massage and facial appointmentsExplain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale — you'll carry a monthly goalCall and text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations fastPrebook every guest for their next visit and recommend upgrades and retailCheck guests in and out accurately on our booking and point-of-sale systemKeep the front desk clean and organized, and support the therapists and estheticians through busy shifts What We're Looking For Customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experienceComfortable asking for the sale — and comfortable hearing noFriendly, confident, and clear on the phone Reliable and punctual, week in and week outComfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systemsSpa, gym, hotel, or medical front desk experience is a plusBilingual English/Spanish is a plus WHERE THIS GOES Top performers move up to Lead Spa Associate, Assistant Spa Manager, and Spa Manager.
