About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. We are seeking a professional who can provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Managing daily tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and protocols
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
