In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner at the front deskSchedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management softwareVerify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays and patient paymentsMaintain and update accurate patient demographic and medical recordsAnswer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to patient inquiries promptlyCoordinate referrals and communicate with insurance carriers as neededEnsure the front desk and waiting area remain organized and welcoming Requirements: 1+ years of front desk or patient coordinator experience in a medical or orthopedic setting preferredBilingual English and Spanish for Irving is a plus.
