We have 3 locations throughout the area.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient check-in and check-out process
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
• Assist with patient intake and medical history documentation
• Coordinate communication between patients, therapists, and other healthcare providers
• Calling and scheduling of patient from incoming referrals
• Collection of patient payments
• Making follow up calls to check in on patients

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with medical software and electronic health records
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
• Available to work in our Hayden location

Compensation: Hourly rate depending on experience.
