About the role
The Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) serves as the face of the clinic and plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Onboarding new patients and guiding families through the intake process
- Managing and coordinating patient treatment schedules
- Supporting billing processes and assisting with payment collection
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of front desk or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check

This role involves typical office-related activities, including sitting, standing, walking, using standard office equipment, and viewing computer or mobile device screens.
