Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and office inquiries.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate team members.
- Manage shared meeting rooms and office space reservations.
- Cook up meeting logistics, including catering and visitor accommodations.
- Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a professional office environment.
- Respond to facility-related requests and general office inquiries via email and phone.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or front desk role, preferably within a professional business environment.
- Skills & Competencies: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, professional and customer-focused approach to service, excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing priorities, processes, and business needs, collaborative team player with the ability to build positive working relationships across diverse groups, experience with travel and expense management software is beneficial, demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
