About the Role
As we expand our shipping operations to a dedicated warehouse, we're looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk & Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and staff, while keeping the office running smoothly day to day.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in visitors, vendors, and deliveries at the front desk
- Answer and route phone calls and general inquiries
- Order and stock snacks, drinks, and office supplies
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Support light administrative tasks (scheduling, filing, data entry)
- Keep common areas and front office tidy and presentable
- Cook up with facilities/property management as needed
- Aid with ad hoc projects for the operations team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role
- Availability to work a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule on-site
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — able to juggle multiple requests without letting things slip
- Comfortable with basic office software (email, calendars, spreadsheets) and willing to learn new tools
- Scrappy, resourceful, and proactive — you spot what needs doing and take pride in your work
