About the role
Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, handling guest inquiries, and performing nightly audits.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage guest reservations and confirmations
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints
- Perform nightly audits of the front desk area
- Ensure all guest accounts are reconciled accurately
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
