About the role
The Renaissance Columbus Downtown is seeking a Night Audit Agent to join our Front Office team. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests
- Check guests out of the hotel
- Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data
- Audit Point of Service tapes/journals
- Run audit reports/journals from the front office system
- Handle computer problems during shifts
- Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system
- Generate daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary
- Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Night Audit Agent in a hotel or high volume industry
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Early evenings and weekends availability
- Excellent computer skills
- Team spirit
- Marriott brand experience a plus
