About the role

Responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting with check-in/check-out processes.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and providing check-in services
  • Handling guest inquiries and complaints
  • Scheduling room reservations and managing availability
  • Processing payments and maintaining financial records
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
