About the role
Responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting with check-in/check-out processes.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing check-in services
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints
- Scheduling room reservations and managing availability
- Processing payments and maintaining financial records
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
