Front Desk Agent - Marriott
About the role
CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Front Desk Agent for the Fairfield Inn and Suites Ames. The position will join a company that values exceptional guest service, recognizes its associates as its best asset, and provides value to its business partners and owners.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while providing excellent guest service.
- Follow basic account procedures to ensure the hotel's procedures are complete and accurate.
- Ensure guest security and safety by assuring every guest has a pleasant, safe, and secure stay.
- Answer guest questions and make recommendations about the hotel and local area.
- Complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policies and procedures.
Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
